What is the intuitive process?
You will start by choosing one of three intuitive options. There are multiple levels of reading at varying price points to offer a range of experiences to as many clients as possible.
Intuitive bookings open up at specific times. You will fill out the intuitive tattoo form and choose one of the format options which are listed below as well as on the form. If your proposal is accepted you will receive an email with further instructions for booking. After booking, you will be welcomed into a spiritual container with your artist and guide, Rae. Here she will dive into your personalized themes and experiences based on your astrological natal chart and a tarot spread. You will be given the opportunity to share your insights and ask questions about your energy and experience.
The intuitive process is a collaborative process where Rae will go on to develop imagery that represents the current themes of your life and the nature of your energy. Not only do you leave this experience with a new tattoo but you are given tools to clear some blockages and enter a new spiritual path. During your reading, you will be asked to share your expectations and boundaries regarding your tattoo. You are encouraged to share placement preferences, size preferences, elements you like or dislike. You may share as much or as little as feels important to you.
Please keep in mind, intuitive tattoos are not traditional custom tattoos, and are recommended for those who are adventurous and open to a new, artist guided design.
If you prefer to have more control over your tattoos, you may be more suited to a custom booking!
Rae now offers a full sleeve or large scale 3 day experience. This is paired with her freehand skills and is somewhat collaborative. Rae offers one a month.
You will book your sessions up front and pay for the cost of the reading ahead. After the initial payment for the reading the remainder of the total (which covers the tattoo and goodies) will be paid in person after your tattoo session. For the 3 day experience you will pay half of the cost after each tattoo session.
Before your tattoo session, (unless you are doing the 3 day experience) you will receive an emailed copy of the line-work for your design. Up to 3 small changes can be made to this design, such as adding or subtracting elements. You may request up to 50% of the design to be changed for no extra charge. If you wish to have a complete redraw or change more than 50% of the image, you may need to pay a fee of $50-100. A case of a total redraw is extremely rare!
Please remember that this process is very in depth and takes a lot of energy. You should only book this type of appointment if you are open to creative interpretations, and are excited to approach the reading with an open mind-set. These readings are most powerful and productive when you are open to dialogue and connected to your energy.
Policy: Clients can see the design the day before and change up to 50% of the drawing. If more than half the design is requested for altering Rae will charge $50-100 depending on requests being made. If the client is not happy then Rae will offer an opportunity for a custom tattoo experience in which the client requests imagery instead of Rae designing intuitively. If no agreement is reached Rae will simply waive the last half of the experience with no extra charge or loss– please note this has never occurred before but has to be disclosed. (You would not receive any refund on services already paid for such as the first deposit).
About Rae
Rae is a practicing divination witch and is currently training in western natal astrology. She has self-studied for over a decade and is currently enrolled in professional natal course work. Rae has been involved with tarot since 2021. Rae has used tarot and divination to guide her own understanding related to her own goals and experiences.
Rae has experienced chronic complex illnesses since 2015 (diagnosed with several conditions) and has used spiritual practices to find peace and stability. Through meditation and shadow work Rae was able to find more relief with chronic symptoms. Rae deeply believes in the mind-body connection and feels that astrology and tarot can bring us opportunity to reflect, adapt, and live more authentic lives by understanding ourselves and our past experiences. The goal is to find a way to be more present and observe our own behaviors and habits in order to live more fulfilling and healthy lives.
Rae provides support in her sessions through shadow work pages and specific advice on coping skills for healing. All advice is trauma informed and rooted in mindfulness and parts work.
